They are paid by the builder and represent the builder throughout the building process. These sales representatives will help you to select the right model and upgrades you want, but they are not there to help you save money or to look out for your best interests. They are there to make money for the builder! Upon contract, the sales representatives are required by NC law to advise you they represent the builder/seller and are not representing you the buyer. In other words, they are not representing your best interests.
