James is not a normal Realtor, if you think Realtors are all the same, you need to talk with him. I had my home on the market with another Realtor for more then 1 year. I meet James at a marketing seminar and asked him to meet with me to discuss selling my home. James took the job and sold my house in 42 days. It was incredible, my wife and I will refer James to everyone that we know. My home sold for $530K which was $10K more then the other agent was asking. James even helped us with the logistics of moving our baby, a new puppy.
